Privacy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Project Borderless is a personal, non-commercial project, and it collects as little about you as possible. Here is exactly what that means.

01  What I collect

  • Your email address, but only if you subscribe to the daily digest. Subscribing uses double opt-in: you confirm through a link before anything is sent, so no one can sign you up without your consent.
  • Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics. I use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not track you across other sites or build a profile of you; it only reports totals like page views and referrers.
  • Standard server logs, kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.

02  What I never do

  • I never sell, rent, or share your email address.
  • No advertising trackers, no ad cookies, no cross-site tracking.

03  How your email is used

Only to send you the digest and the single confirmation message. Email is delivered through Resend, my email provider, and your address is stored in a private database hosted on Neon.

04  Unsubscribing

Every digest includes one-click unsubscribe. You can leave at any time, and your address is removed from the sending list right away.

05  Third-party services

The site relies on Neon (database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (the AI that analyzes article framing; it works on article text, not on your personal data). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

06  Your choices

You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, the email address on file at any time. Just email me at andre@andre-costa.com. This site is not directed at children.

07  Contact & changes

Questions about privacy? Email me at andre@andre-costa.com. If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
